Introduction

Welcome to the website of VisaDubai-Online (here in after referred to as VisaDubai-Online). Applicants and users are urged to read the following Terms and Conditions The use of this website and services provided herein are subject to acceptance of the same.

The online visa facility is available to any valid passport holder to visiting Dubai and all Emirates who fulfills the eligibility criteria guidelines prescribed by the Government of UAE / Dubai Naturalization and Residency Administration.

Users/visa applicants MUST note:

The acceptance of an online visa application and submission of the application to the Government of UAE / DNRD is subject to the sole discretion of the Sponsor and mandates given by Sponsor from time to time to VisaDubai-Online.
The grant, duration, condition/s or refusal of a visa or the time taken for processing a visa application is subject to the sole discretion of the Government of UAE / DNRD.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMER AND PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING, AS VISA FEES AND SERVICE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BY VisaDubai-Online UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

VisaDubai-Online’s role in processing visa applications is confined to the following:

Upon receipt of the online application form from the applicant, receive supporting documentation and the applicable visa and service fees.
Submitting the Documents in a JPEG format to the Government of UAE in Dubai, on behalf of the applicants via internet. Please note that VisaDubai-Online shall not forward to the Government of UAE applications of applicants not fulfilling eligibility criteria. In such cases, the visa fees and service fees are not -refundable and applicant agrees to the same.
VisaDubai-Online’s sole obligation in such cases shall only be to communicate the position to applicant via email.
Communicating the visa status to applicant where applications are forwarded to the Government of UAE via email and in case of visa being granted sending the electronic visa via email.

VisaDubai-Online shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever including but not limited to refund of visa and service fees where an application is not forwarded to Government of UAE in Dubai under the terms of the mandate received by the applicant not fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed. The applicant specifically agrees to the same.

While using the facility, users/visa applicants are urged not to engage or avail services of unauthorized persons, entities and touts. Applicants are also advised against divulging any personal and other information such as payment receipts, passport particulars and related details to third persons. The user/visa applicant alone shall be solely responsible for any resultant consequences and may also become liable for appropriate prosecutions and liabilities.

User Terms and Conditions

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the user/visa applicant acknowledges that Government of UAE / DNRD reserve the right to ask for further documents, information and material to assess an application and take a decision in their own discretion on the basis of such information / further information, material and documents submitted or furnished by the applicant.

The user/visa applicant further acknowledges that the grant, duration, condition/s or refusal or the time taken to process an application and grant a UAE Visa are at the sole discretion of the Government of UAE / DNRD and their decision in this regard shall be final. In case of non-forwarding of the application or any delay in the process or rejection of visa application, no correspondence will be entertained from the user/visa applicant with VisaDubai-Online and visa fees and service fees will not be refunded. VisaDubai-Online shall not be liable to a user/visa applicant in any manner in any of these cases.

The use of https://www.VisaDubai-Online.com is at the discretion of VisaDubai-Online and use by anyone may be restricted or terminated by VisaDubai-Online at any time.

In no event and under no circumstances shall VisaDubai-Online or their representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever to anyone.

Applicants should note that the issuance of a visa or approval of a visa application does not in any way give the applicant automatic right to enter Dubai. Entry into Dubai is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at Dubai International Airport who is a representative of Government of UAE / DNRD. In case of denial of visa or denial of entry into Dubai by the Government of UAE / DNRD, VisaDubai-Online shall in no way be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever. The visa must be accepted as offered and is non – transferable.

VisaDubai-Online reserve the right to add, alter or vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability and all applicants availing of this facility shall be bound by the same.

VisaDubai-Online shall not be liable if the visa period expires before the applicant enters Dubai or other Emirates not withstanding that a copy of the itinerary has been sent to VisaDubai-Online. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to plan his itinerary within the visa period.

Before you proceed to use the services provided by VisaDubai-Online and its affiliates, joint venture partners, agencies, subsidiaries, and clients, you must read and accept all terms and conditions in, and linked to, the Terms and Conditions, Policy and the Privacy Policy to be able to proceed further to utilize the services provided by VisaDubai-Online.

Do not use the Site if you cannot or are barred from entering into legally binding contracts or you are under the age of 18 or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended or prohibited from or accessing or using this or the linked sites as may be applicable;

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that your use of VisaDubai-Online website and websites related and linked to VisaDubai-Online Website will be governed by the terms and conditions, policy and privacy policies posted on that website/s with such changes and modifications as may be made from time to time.

PROHIBITION AGAINST UNLAWFUL USE

While accessing or using www.VisaDubai-Online.com (the “Site”),you agree that you shall not:

Post any content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the Site nor post any material in whatsoever form, on the Site for any purpose other than the normal purpose for which the Site is intended;
Violate any laws, third party rights, or policies of VisaDubai-Online. You shall not hide or spoof your IP address or intentionally bounce your communications through any intermediate computers. You shall also not alter the logs upon gaining access;
Interfere with the technological operations of the Site or attempt or manipulate the content or material on Site or of any other user or users;
Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content including personal information;
Use any robot, spider, search engine, scraper or other means whether manual, automated, mechanical, electrical or electronics either existing or that may be invented or discovered to access the Site and/or to do any of the acts mentioned above for any purpose other than the normal purpose for which the Site is intended;

Additionally, you agree not to:

Take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on VisaDubai-Online’s IT infrastructure;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site; or any activities conducted on the Site;
Bypass VisaDubai-Online’s robot exclusion headers or other measures VisaDubai-Online may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.
Access or attempt to gain root access, use any manual, mechanical, electrical or electronic means, computer programs, exploits, hacker tools, or scripts, software or hardware tools, search engines either existing or that may be invented either directly, indirectly or through any contrivance to change, modify, post, violate, misuse, abuse, erase, hack, distort, slow down, configure any system, website, to work for them, or to cause denial of services to other users or on other computers or down the Site or its user features;
Send, post, plant or distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm VisaDubai-Online , or the interests or property of users;
Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Site VisaDubai-Online ‘s copyrights and trademarks;
Harvest or otherwise collect information about other users, their details, or any information relating to any other user’s passport details, email addresses, etc. or harvest email IDs belonging to VisaDubai-Online are mentioned on the Site and use them for sending SPAM mails to others.

In case of any unlawful, illegal or prohibited use, you shall be liable for action under laws including among others and more specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended from time to time and shall also be liable for damages.

LIMITATION OF USE

Without limiting other remedies, VisaDubai-Online may at its sole discretion or at the advice or under the directions of the Sponsor or its clients limit, suspend, terminate temporarily or permanently, disable or prevent a user account or restrict or deny a user from making use of its service, prohibit access to its website/s, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep user/s off the Site if VisaDubai-Online thinks that the user is or is attempting to resort to abnormal usage or abuse, creating problems or possible legal liabilities, or is not acting consistently with the normal usage.

CONTENT LICENSE

VisaDubai-Online has taken necessary steps to implement and maintain security practices and procedures to protect User Information from unauthorized access, damage, use, modification, disclosure or VisaDubai-Online has in place suitable protection mechanism and guidelines for usage, retention and protection of User Information against unauthorized access, disclosure or abuse. However, VisaDubai-Online shall be liable in any manner for any events that occur in spite of such steps, security practices, procedures, protection mechanisms and guidelines.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

While VisaDubai-Online makes and strives to provide secure and continuous connectivity and internet access, VisaDubai-Online and the Government of UAE / DNRD shall not be responsible or liable to a user for any loss or consequential damage, including among other things, any loss of data obtained, Documents, time, or other information furnished or entered on the Site or the application forms which may, among other things, have occurred as a result of any events or acts leading to interruptions such as internet connectivity, transmission of signals, server breakdown, systems crashing, hacking, servicing and any other events or acts beyond the control of such parties.

User/visa applicant agrees not to hold VisaDubai-Online responsible for other user actions or inactions, including but not limited to acts or things as a result of which there may be loss of connectivity, loss of data and/or loss of Documents or data furnished.

Further, while secure and continuous access to the service is sought to be provided, VisaDubai-Online does not guarantee continuous or secure access to its services and operation of the Site, as the same may be interfered by numerous factors outside the control of VisaDubai-Online. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, VisaDubai-Online excludes all implied warranties, terms and conditions. VisaDubai-Online is not liable for any loss of money, time, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising in any manner out of the user’s use of the Site.

INDEMNITY

The user agrees to indemnify and hold VisaDubai-Online, and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, clients, joint venture partners and employees, harmless from any claim, expense, loss, damages or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred or sustained by VisaDubai-Online, and their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, clients, joint venture partners and employees arising out of the breach of these terms and conditions by the user and / or any act of omission or commission attributable to user / applicant (or) violation by the user / applicant of any law of any country or the rights of a third party.

LAW AND FORUM FOR DISPUTES

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of UAE, as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely between its residents, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. The user agrees that any claim or dispute he/she may have against VisaDubai-Online including but not limited to those that may arise from the use of the Site or services provided by VisaDubai-Online must be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in UAE to the exclusion of all other courts

VisaDubai-Online shall post the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective as at the time of accessing the Site and using the services. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by both VisaDubai-Online and the user / applicant. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between the user / applicant with VisaDubai-Online with respect to the subject matter hereof.
